"The Tingyun App User Experience Management Platform" is a comprehensive management system based on the user experience of mobile applications. It utilizes the Wukong SDK for data collection, data cleansing, and data aggregation. The platform offers visualized charts for multidimensional analysis and root cause identification, supporting both Android and iOS operating systems.

During the platform's online operation, it has covered 76 industries, served over 600 major clients, accumulated data from more than 2,000 apps with millions of real users, and provided industry insights. This has assisted businesses in understanding industry trends and driving continuous iteration and optimization of products. Additionally, it has established performance monitoring metrics tailored for DevOps and user-centric experience monitoring metrics.

  • Centered around product operations personnel, the platform utilizes startup experience analysis, page experience analysis, and operation experience analysis to comprehensively assess the real application user experience.

  • Supports both SaaS and private deployment options:

    • SaaS service: Defaultly provides aggregated data querying service for up to one year and retains detailed data for 14 days.

    • Private Deployment: By default, it offers up to three months of aggregated and detailed data queries, and collects data as enterprise data assets for local storage.
