When users complain, developers or operations personnel often encounter many complex issues. For example, it's difficult to measure client-side network quality, the volume of user business logs is too large to obtain, and it's challenging to reproduce issues in a local environment. There's a lack of effective means to troubleshoot such difficult problems.

The Tingyun Wukong platform, through a unified scheduling center, can collect real-time data when users encounter problems based on different task types. Through two methods: network probing and log retrieval, it assists developers and operations personnel in grasping first-hand data in a timely manner, thus improving troubleshooting efficiency. The entire scheduling and collection process is illustrated in the following diagram:
